Tupperware

I remember as a kid, my mother having Tupperware parties and such.  I remember the Tupperware consultant piling all of the containers high on our dinning table.  It was such a lovely sight.  Even as a child, I was envious that I couldn't hang out with all of my mom's friends and order Tupperware.
Flash forward to present time.
I am in my kitchen unloading and loading my dishwasher.  I am rinsing out my Pampered Chef Classic Batter Bowl (which I love by the way.) thinking that I need to have a Pampered Chef party and I also need new tupperware.  It dawned on me as the thought progressed that I grew up.  Now, I know getting married, moving to a different country, paying bills, etc, etc. is as grown up as you can get but, when my thoughts are filled with household good parties and hosting Thanksgiving I would say that pretty much SCREAMS boring grown up married woman.  Heck, I even got excited the other day when the hubbs and I were in the commissary and I saw they had the holiday colored Ziploc storage containers out.
You never see your life taking you down the path of excitement over a new mattress, an upcoming trip to IKEA, or the attempt of your first homemade pecan pie but, I am so glad mine did.  God has truly blessed me.  I wouldn't trade my life for anything.  I have an amazing the hubbs, obnoxiously adorable puppers, a wonderful family, and so many things to be thankful for.  Like Pampered Chef.
